SHIPPING & RETURNS
All purchases (other than special orders) are shipped within one business day after you've placed your order, and all shipments are insured.
We offer free shipping - USPS First Class (typically 3-5 days).
USPS Priority (typically 2-3 days) costs $6.90.
USPS Priority Express (overnight to most cities, but no Sunday delivery) costs $22.46

All orders are shipped via USPS. If you have a known problem with package delivery to your address, please let us know before we ship. We will add a Signature Required upon delivery (at no extra charge to you) to make sure you get your package.
Please take note of the shipping notification and tracking email sent once your package is shipped. Please watch the tracking of your package. If tracking of your package says it was delivered and it was not delivered to you, please let us know immediately so that we can begin an investigation.
We are sorry, but we no longer ship internationally.
We accept returns on all items if unused and undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (to protect the jewelry during shipment) within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. If you need more time just email us during the 15 day return/refund period.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD
Purchases through Christmas are eligible for return until 01/09/19.
In our efforts to make your Larimarket shopping experience the best that it can be, we offer free returns (U.S. only). We want you to love your selection and if you don't, we'll pay the return shipping.

Upon receipt of your information, we'll email you a return shipping label within 24 hours. You can return your purchase in the box it came in.
Just attach the new label over the old label (making sure the old label is completely covered to avoid any confusion). You can give the sealed package to your mail carrier, drop it in a USPS mail box or drop it off at your local US Post Office.
Once received we will send you a confirming email. Your item will be immediately inspected and upon acceptance, a refund or exchange (whichever you've requested) will be promptly issued. Items that are improperly packaged can not be accepted. Please note that any items showing signs of damage, wear or alteration (including re-sizing) cannot, regrettably, be accepted for return and will be returned to you.

If your original purchase included a promotional item subject to minimum purchase requirements, e.g., a Gift with Purchase, the promotional item must also be returned (in new and unused condition) in order to be eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, the returned item will be eligible for store credit only.
