The only thing better than Larimar is ... more Larimar, of course! And that's why we love free form pendants, they are a larger canvas of Larimar - more color, more pattern! In the case of free forms, the artisan looks at the slab of Larimar, finds the very "best" part of it and cuts that out - the shape is determined by the stone, not vice versa.

In the case of this particular bold pendant, the dark blue turtleback patterned stone is a rectangle! It is truly a Larimar specimen, not just a pendant.  Simply glorious!  And, we found a beautiful, shiny sterling silver chain thick enough to counter the stone without overwhelming it. This is truly a one-of-a-kind find!

This necklace includes the chain that is shown in the photo.
It is a substantial, Italian-made, high-polished sterling silver 3.8mm Rope chain.  It measures 18" long and 3.8mm wide, with a lobster-claw clasp.
